About Me
I was born in El Salvador and as a native speaker, I have strong handle in Spanish phonetics and grammar studies theory. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Kentucky University in criminology studies. I worked as a social worker for the Cabinet Health Family Services (CHFS) in Kentucky for over twenty years as a child protective services investigator. I was also the deemed qualified Spanish interpreter for the region to provide assistance to the Hispanic population. I have worked as a substitute teacher for the High School Students at the Ft. Knox school and have tutored for the Hardin County High Schools. I have the knowledge and solid understanding in the Spanish linguistic arena which has allowed me to provide relaxed and fun activities to my students. The approach methodology is flexible and fun so that the students can feel comfortable by learning phonetically and practicing grammatically written exercises.
Hobbies & Interests
In my spare time, I enjoy reading history books, working in my garden and for physical activity I enjoy playing racquetball games.
