When I started substituting, I had no idea it would inspire a passion deep inside me. I have the great foundation of starting my career at a Fortune 500 company that was committed to high standards and continual learning. My favorite responsibility included teaching others how to be proactive and find value in their contribution. I want to continue to make an impact by inspiring growth and serving students creates that opportunity in many forms. Their creative intelligence inspires me, and their unconditional affection reminds me that everyone needs a little help sometimes. We should strive to learn from children and understand their perspective on how they approach the world because they have so much to teach us.
