Hi I am Kathleen! I am a Texas certified teacher with 5 years of teaching experience and 11 years of tutoring experience. I come from a family of educators and love helping students find success in the classroom, with their study skills, and in life. Like many education majors I started tutoring in high school and continued to tutor throughout college. After graduation from Texas A&M I have worked as a college professor, high school teacher, and softball coach. I have taught anatomy and physiology, health, credit recovery, study skills, and future educator courses. I have experience working with students who have learning differences and can easily accommodate these students in my tutoring sessions.

I also coach the Great Britain 18U National Softball team. Coaching softball has allowed me to grow my leadership, communication, and teaching skills. It is also a great hobby that keeps me active and outside! When I am not teaching or coaching I am either exploring local parks with my two dogs or reading a new book.
