About Me

Hi there, I'm Brooke! I would describe myself passionate about psychology and anything to do with mental health. I'm a pretty down to earth person who enjoys the outdoors and live music. As for my credentials I am currently a therapist in training and have over six years learning about the brain and putting it into practice. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Through my process of education, I have refined the skill of writing multiple research papers and thesis papers. If you struggle with writing in any subject, I can help! I am a student as well, so I can understand and relate to how daunting writing and formulating papers may be. My goal is to provide a creative and immersive way for you to understand the subjects or material you may be struggling with. The best way I've found my classrooms to be engaging are through discussion which I find very important to the learning process. As a tutor I like to incorporate videos and applications to the "real world" that will make the material more meaningful to you! In the end I want this experience to help you as much as possible and your goals are important to the work I will do to prepare for the session.
