About Me

I am a student at Texas A and M University pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics. I graduated from the Marine Academy of Technology and Environmental Science in Stafford, NJ in 2018.I have experience tutoring my peers in all levels of high school math courses and standardized test prep. I enjoy tutoring because I want to help others achieve the level of success I have been able to achieve. I find great joy when a difficult topic finally 'clicks' for a student and they gain confidence and a greater passion for learning. My teaching philosophy is to make a topic interesting and tangible so that a student will find an inner motivation to learn it and master it. I also like to confirm a students current knowledge in order to instill confidence. Outside of tutoring and my studies I am an avid runner and enjoy being outdoors.
