About Me

I received my B.S. degree in Chemistry in 2000, from Chicago State University. I want to tutor in Basic Mathmatics ans Science. I worked in Chemistry from 1995 to 2009. After that I followed my passion for automobiles(they are more similar than people think). I worked as a repairer until 2017. I was a substitute Teacher in Illinois from 2001-2005. I am, at present, an active Substitute teacher in Georgia. I want to spend the rest of my working life helping others realize their opportunities for success. I did begin a post-bac teacher certification program at Chicago State University. Completing that is my next goal. I believe everyone can understand math and science. While I was in college, I worked a full time job. I would run into many rodblocks, and there would be no clear solutions. I would be very frustrated if I didn't understand the subject, and, a lot of times, there was no one there to help me. The key is to keep trying and don't give up. Mostly, don't be afraid to ask a question. And if you don't get an answer, ask someone else. I believe patience and attentiveness will be my most important tools in helping others succeed.
