I believe education is the channel to acquire tool and the vital skills that is needed by an individual to develop successful and prosperous life. There is a need for a continuous encouragement for them to be preparing to flexibly solve problems and those that can be faced even after school environment. As a tutor or teacher, I believe the learning atmosphere must be open, safe, and supportive, this enables the student to develop and import aspect of life and how to foster relationship with others. Its a highly rewarding and noble profession I the sense that, you can directly impact a change in the lived of others, there is nob better way of contributing to the society. I have also had different people help me to accomplish my goals and objectives which also include family members. I am able to incorporate different methods and techniques of teaching, also engaging the student in lessons that are fascinating and using scenarios that fit their learning styles. Its also my believe that taking risk during learning process will continuously develop the student confidence and which in-turn helps in to achieving their academic success. I love to be challenged and to be challenge by my student is also a good experience. Every student is equipped with unique abilities that can be shared with others, if given the right audience or support. I encourage them to brain-storm, ask questions. I also challenge my students to understand that I am open to their thoughts, eager to hear their opinions, and thrilled to learn with and through them. Finally, a student growth is very important to me, I am supportive, by giving them the vital tools that can be applied in other disciplines and areas of their lives. Few among those tools are open-mindedness, thirst for knowledge, sense of curiosity etc. one of the greatest goals I have is to teach my students to become motivated, insightful, and enthusiastic thinkers. I really look forward to working in a job that is so important, being privileged to be such a vital part of so many young lives and making a real difference.
