About Me

Hey there! My name is Dave Bissinger and I'm an incoming veterinary student at Colorado State. Before being accepted to the CVMBS, I worked as a tutor at Harry S. Truman College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago, for about a year. My tutoring experience has been focused primarily on chemistry, from non-major/introductory chemistry to organic I & II and biochemistry, but I can also help with general biology and even basic math for science, up to college algebra. My overall science GPA during my undergraduate studies was a 3.9, and I would be happy to provide references from both my fellow tutors and students I've helped. I already have 15 semesters of higher education under my belt and am also happy to provide guidance around organization, time and stress management, test-taking strategies, career and course planning, and any other academic issues that may arise during the course of your studies.
