About Me

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in both Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics. I worked for various departments as a tutor and Teacher's Assistant for mathematics and engineering courses starting in my sophomore year all the way through graduation. It was some of my most exciting times during my years there. For me, working with students is the most rewarding part, and I love seeing the moment a difficult concept clicks. When I tutor I adjust my teaching style to the student, and find various ways to relate the topics to real life. I'll often work with students to make sure they understand the basics or foundations of the concept or problem they are attempting and help them learn to think through and understand a process over pure memorization.
