I believe learning new languages can open so many doors and teach you so much about other people, places, cultures - and more about yourself! I've lived and studied in Uruguay, Mexico, and Chile and I received my BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After college I taught and worked in the education realm in both Peru and Mexico City. Most recently, I've spent my time in the US working for educational nonprofits like Teach For America and the KIPP charter network. I love teaching and learning - I believe everyone has their own learning style and am always happy to get innovative and find new learning techniques to ensure you're getting the most from your learning experience. Outside of teaching, I own my own small business which allows me to travel to Mexico a few times a year. I also love being outside hiking with my family and pup!

Travel, hiking, reading, biking, trail running with my pup!
