About Me

I have a Bachelor's of Science degree as well as a Master's of Science degree in Applied Physiology. My educational experiences included numerous classes in biology, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, and general sciences. While I was working towards my degrees I had a Teaching Assistantship, which meant I taught lab sessions and tutored my peers who needed extra help. I currently educate and mentor women with autoimmune diseases on how to reverse their autoimmune symptoms using various lifestyle shifts and discovering the root cause of their autoimmunity. I love helping people learn the information they need to know to better themselves, whether it's to improve their health, do well on an exam, or to simply improve their knowledge in the sciences.
