As the oldest of three children, I started my undergraduate college career at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA. At NSU, I studied broadcast journalism. I went on to have a radio journalism career and enjoyed it. As a son of an entrepreneur, I wanted to run my own company one day. In the fall of 2009, I enrolled into Western International University as a MBA/MGT student. I learned the importance of leadership and communication in the workplace. I started working with children as a basketball coach eight years ago. After moving to the classroom this year, I am using this opportunity to encourage students using the scaffolding method. Some of my favorite subjects are English grammar, Reading Comprehension, English Literature, and Public Speaking. Public Speaking gives the students to express themselves. This environment teaches the students how effectively communicate a point to their peers in a professional manner. The students will learn how to turn the other cheek. I love playing basketball and coaching sports. I love to read about sports. My favorite books are autobiographies and anything related to lions. I love traveling to different cities' zoos to see their animals. In my teaching, I like to use animal parables to teach concepts.
