About Me

I have a PhD in STEM Education from The Ohio State University. I also have a masters in Learning Technologies from OSU and a Mathematics for Educators from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. My undergraduate degree is in English from Florida Atlantic University. I have 17 years of classroom experience and private tutoring experience, engaging students in private and small group study of English (reading skills/ comprehension, vocabulary, and composition) as well as Middle School Mathematics and Algebra I.My favorite subjects to tutor are TOEFL and Math as I enjoy seeing the positive progression my students make with consistent, hard work on these topics. I am a patient, energetic, and enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. As your tutor, I will strive to provide creative, engaging, yet rigorous learning sessions.
