I have worked for writing agencies and test prep organizations in the pastIn my spare time I like to grow gourmet mushrooms such as Shiitake, Red and Purple Reishi, and a whole assortment of Oyster mushrooms. Being an amateur mycologist is an extremely difficult hobby- I actually have built a HEPA grade clean room to 0.03 microns. This hobby satisfies an intellectual but also entrepreneurial need in my life because I want to open a stall in a prestigious farmer's market in the Houston medical area this year.
