I discovered my love of tutoring and teaching while volunteering as a tutor for Cincinnati Public Schools when I was a high school student. I continued to tutor while I was an undergraduate at Wash U working in elementary schools in the St. Louis public school system. After graduating, my love of teaching carried me to South America to teach English in a small class setting and tutor individuals on the side. I strongly believe that no two students are the same and that teachers and tutors must be willing to explore different approaches with different students to maximize student potential. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy skiing, camping, playing basketball and listening to music.
