I see speaking a foreign language as a key to a door opening up a new world of possibilities and opportunities. "Language is the blood of the soul into which thoughts run and out of which they grow" This quote by Oliver Wendell Holmes sums up perfectly the reason why I feel so passionate about the languages spoken around the world... I taught Spanish at all levels and i love the fact that my college students went on to travel overseas to study and pursue a career in foreign language. I understand the process of teaching and also how and why students struggle with the learning process. I have extensive experience working with all type of students. I also created innovating strategies and techniques to learn the material.
