During my time at FAU I developed a great passion for helping other students understand the mechanics of effective writing. I enjoy any opportunity to help others in brainstorming, outlining, and proofreading their writing assignments. I also minored in history, which is a subject I have always had a deep interest in. There are so many interesting and relevant things to gain from history, literature, and writing. I believe that when these subjects are given the proper context and are explained in a compelling way, students are more likely to develop their own personal interest and understanding, which I regard as the key to academic success. In my spare time I like to write songs, play guitar, and study all types of music.
