About Me

I am often looked upon as an expert, and positively impact my colleagues by mentoring junior members of our lab. My enthusiasm for the subject matter is often contagious, and confers excitement in others. This emboldens my peers to grow, which is what being an excellent teacher is all about. I’ve seen first-hand how patience and excitement can take even the most meager ember and cultivate it into a blazing fire. Likewise, given the right environment and proper direction, students can be transformed from a small glow, to a radiant light for others to reflect upon.
