About Me

I am a recent college graduate from UC Riverside with a BA in Psychology. Being able to say that I have a college education is a privilege and an honor to me because I feel I am making a difference in my life and my family's life being the first one to graduate from college. Along the way I had many struggles and difficulties being an immigrant to the US. I did not know English or had any friends or family other than my parents and brothers. I worked really hard and good people supported me in my journey. I know how hard getting an education can be and how students can feel overwhelmed with accomplishing their dreams. That is why I would do my best as a Varsity Tutor to influence and help students grow in their journey as productive members of our society. The journey starts from a young age and developing good habits and a positive mind set is valuable from an early age. I am delighted to be part of Varsity Tutors and making a difference in students life.
