About Me

I am a sophomore at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities studying Political Science and Spanish. Previously, I attended St. Francis High School and Anoka Ramsey Community College as a PSEO student. Some of my experience working with students I have gained through tutoring at Ramsey Middle School in Minneapolis. I tutor 6th and 8th grade math students with Algebra and Pre-Algebra. This experience is actually what led me to become interested in working as a tutor for Varsity Tutors. The subjects I am most interested in tutoring are math, Spanish, and ACT prep. Education has always been important to me, and I love sharing it with others. I love seeing that others are passionate about a particular topic, even if it isn’t something I’m necessarily interested in. I would describe my tutoring style as laid back, but goal-oriented. I am incredibly understanding and patient, but also very driven to help others accomplish their goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, and playing/watching hockey.
