About Me

I'm Steve, and hopefully I can be the person who helps get you up to speed with Spanish! I went to school at UW - Eau Claire and I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish for Business. While I studied at UWEC, I also studied abroad for about 5 months in Valladolid, Spain, where I was really able to enhance my Spanish skills, and gain fluency in the language. Travel and culture are some of my passions, and living in Europe helped bring those passions to life. It is so fulfilling to be able to travel and know the native language, and that is the type of passion that I hope to inspire in my students. While in Spain, I taught English to a number of students, and through this and my own personal experiences learning Spanish (and American Sign Language!), I feel I know the best ways to get in touch with my students. Some of my hobbies include running, coffee, learning Italian and, you guessed it, TRAVEL! ¡Nos vemos pronto! Hobbies: books, traveling, music, running, art, travel, movies, reading, writing
