I have my BA in English and Psychology from Rhode Island College, and I am a certified English teacher for both middle and high school students. From volunteering my time tutoring immigrants in Providence working towards United States citizenship, to fine-tuning essays with gifted students seeking enrollment in prestigious science fairs, I'm reminded of the unique qualities that people have to offer every day. While my favorite subjects to tutor are Literature and Writing, I find that any topic that I can help a student progress in is something to be excited about! Both in and out of the classroom I aim to arm my students with the means to find and articulate their own answers while also maintaining a strong knowledge base.
