About Me

I'm a Chemical Engineer graduated with Master's degree with a 4.0 GPA. I grow up in Lanzhou, China and speaks Mandarin Chinese as mother tongue. I was talented in learning languages since I was a child. I've taught both Chinese and English to different levels of people when I was still in college. I have taught Chinese to lots of my non-Chinese speaking friends and it is pretty fun. I'm passionate about introducing Chinese language as well as culture to the people who want to learn. All my friends who learnt Chinese from me are impressed by my funny interactive teaching style and profound knowledge. A language is not only about words and grammar, but also a culture, especially for Chinese Language with thousand years of continuous history. I can always explain the structure of the Chinese characters followed up by interesting historic stories behind. This usually make students want to learn more and better. Hobbies: reading, music, writing, art, movies, books, swimming
