I love to teach. After graduating I taught Spanish and Music Appreciation for a year. I taught 5th and 6th grade Spanish, High School Spanish, and Music Appreciation to grades 5K through 4th. My style and approach is often more instructional. I provide sufficient knowledge of the grammatical rules and give auditory and visual examples of their use in everyday dialogue. To fully exploit the capabilities of a student in a foreign language, I provide activities that will enhance communication, interpretative, and presentational skills. I hammer on repetition for both the written aspect and the communication of Spanish. Apart from teaching, I love music. I work as a Youth Worship Leader at a church. I train young musicians and singers. I play guitar, piano, drums, and bass. I enjoy going to concerts and anything else to do with live music performances. I love to read, research history and politics, keep up with current news, and attempt to play soccer during my free time.
