Originally from Costa Rica, I hold a Master's degree in Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Product Design. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and have a good conversational level in Italian. My professional background spans large corporations such as McKinsey & Company, as well as small non-profit organizations.

My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive environment where students feel confident expressing themselves. Learning a language is 50% technical and 50% confidence. My three core teaching values are patience, active listening, and kindness. I want students to feel comfortable making mistakes as part of the learning process.
