I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and currently work in the Operations team at a global fintech company. Prior to this role, I have consistently worked in Customer Experience teams, where I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and creating meaningful, people-centered solutions. Over the past three years, I have also tutored students in subjects such as Math, Science, and Essay Writing. I am passionate about education and truly enjoy helping others learn and grow. I love to travel and have a deep appreciation for different cultures. I believe that understanding the culture behind a language is essential to mastering it, and I strive to incorporate that perspective into my teaching.
