My name is Alexandra Moersen and I have been a teacher/tutor for 5 years. I have taught K-1 grade and have a master's degree in reading from Loyola University Maryland. I am a certified reading specialist, and I have a passion for teaching students to read! I have my undergraduate degree in elementary education and a concentration in mathematics (K-6) from East Carolina University. My teaching philosophy is that everyone can learn! I use engaging teaching strategies to support all students. I put all students at the center of learning and plan individualized lessons/activities to support student needs.
