I am passionate about supporting student educational goals to help students grow academically and personally. I believe strongly that any student can learn anything, and I work to make my sessions welcoming, interesting, and accessible.
I have a degree in English literature and American Sign Language with a mathematics minor from the University of Rochester and I am currently completing my teaching graduate degree also at Rochester to be come a middle/high school English teacher.
In my tutoring experience, I have worked with elementary to adult students in one on one and group settings on workshopping writing, building English language skills, practicing reading, doing AP and SAT test prep in a variety of subjects, and strengthening math skills from elementary to calculus levels.
