Teaching is a gift, and I'm truly grateful to have been given this one. With six years of professional experience teaching middle-grade students, I bring both the expertise and passion needed to support learners in math, reading, language arts, writing, science, and social studies. I'm a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University, holding a Master's degree in Middle Childhood Education with specializations in English and math, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education. I currently hold a professional teaching license in the state of Ohio, qualifying me to teach math and reading in grades 49, with an endorsement for science and social studies in grades 46.

Tutoring has always been a passion of mine. It began in childhood, helping my siblings with homework, and continued through college, where I tutored students in math and reading while working toward my education degree.

I believe tutoring offers a personalized and focused pathway for students to make meaningful progress often beyond what's possible in a traditional classroom. I find the tutoring space to be both energizing and effective, allowing us to work closely to meet each student's individual goals. I deeply value the collaboration between families, students, and educators, and I look forward to partnering with you to support your student's success!
