I am a graduate of Emerson College, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Writing, Literature, and Publishing. My passion for the English language has shaped both my education and my career, leading me to work as an English teacher and a substitute teacher in a variety of classroom settings. Through these experiences, I have helped students of different ages and backgrounds develop stronger reading comprehension, writing skills, and confidence in their abilities.
I specialize in tutoring English Language Arts, writing, and related subjects, and I find great joy in helping students unlock the power of language. Whether guiding a student through literary analysis, refining their essay-writing skills, or strengthening their grammar and vocabulary, I strive to make learning an engaging and enriching experience. My approach is patient, adaptable, and tailored to each student's unique learning style, with an emphasis on critical thinking and clear communication.
Beyond tutoring, I am deeply interested in literature, publishing, and storytelling in all its forms. I believe that strong reading and writing skills are not just essential for academic success but also for self-expression and understanding the world. My goal is to instill a love of language in my students and equip them with the tools they need to succeed in their studies and beyond.
