I am a graduate of Florida International University. I received my Bachelor of Science with a focus on biology and chemistry. Since graduation, I have taught high school and done some extensive traveling. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about algebra, trigonometry, calculus and chemistry related topics. Additionally, many of my students are for test prep, specifically SAT, ACT, GRE and MCAT. In my experience helping students prepare for standardized tests, we have the most dramatic improvements in critical reading and computational skills. I believe that education is vital for improving the quality of life and I try to pass my appreciation and love for education on to my students. In my spare time I enjoy caring for bonsai plants, reading, and cross training. I also play flag football, once in a blue moon.
