To do that, they need an educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. I must create this type of education environment where they are motivated to learn something new every day. Students control their decision-making. However, motivating them to make the decisions that benefit them academically is the key to successful education. I want to motivate them to attack any challenging situation with confidence and a strategic plan. Problem solving is a big key in the real world. Thus, being motivated to take on any challenges is important.
