I have been teaching Advanced Placement courses in United States History, American Government & Politics, Psychology, and Macroeconomics for over 20 years. I am experienced AP reader for the college board and have read, graded, and scored exams for College Board for over 20 years. My undergraduate degree is in Political Science from Bucknell University. My graduate degree in United States History & American Government is from Ashland University. I also have an Masters in Education from West Chester University. My students have a proven track record of passing the AP exams (over 80%) with many receiving 4's and 5's on the exam. I am excited about the subject matter I teach, and my students get excited as they both 'catch' my enthusiasm, are trained in the skills needed to succeed on both the exam and in college, and see the relevance of these AP courses to everyday life.
