Welcome! I consider it a privilege to work one on one with students, and have been tutoring since I retired in 2018. I tutor math, algebra, prealgebra, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, and college algebra. Learning is an adventure. I learn new things every day. Many people have math anxiety. I see myself as an interpreter (changing "math speak" into ordinary terms) and a facilitator. It is my job to help you not only learn math concepts, but to facilitate your true learning potential. I started out tutoring math while attending college to earn extra money, but I absolutely fell in love with teaching. I started off joining the army while still in high school. I was a paratrooper, Korean linguist and psychological operations specialist---we designed propaganda aimed at the enemy to elicit a desired response (brain washing 101 LOL). I hope that while you are in session with me that I can help you learn concepts, reduce anxiety and love to learn.
