My name is Madeline and I am a history and political science major born and raised in Miami, FL. I have nearly a decade of tutoring experience and expertise in teaching history, economics, government/civics, English, and other related subjects. I am an outgoing, supportive, and patient individual who has experience working with students from all age groups and educational levels. Helping my students thrive and seeing them succeed is one of my life's greatest passions. I love working with my students to come up with customized plans to allow them to achieve their goals.

Hobbies

I consider myself to be a bit of a renaissance woman. I have lots of different constantly changing and evolving interests and hobbies, and have often been told that I am overall just passionate about life. What has remained consistent for me is a love of reading, writing, and research. I love falling into Wikipedia rabbit holes, and I could do nothing but read and write all day. I especially love reading non-fiction historical books and romance novels. Aside from that, I'm a creative person with an interest in embroidery, beading, painting, and crocheting. I also love to cook/bake, garden, travel, and shop. More than anything, I love spending time with my friends and family- especially my husband, Robert, and our two dogs, Loki and Katsu.
