I am a rising junior at Carnegie Mellon University studying Chemical Engineering. While academics are very important to myself, I also dedicate most of my free time to be more involved in the community such as a mentor in SWE, Director of Philanthropy for Delta Delta Delta, and also a member of Club Basketball. I know some subjects can be difficult to learn, so my approach to assisting fellow students is to help them simplify complex concepts into easier terms in order for them to gain a fundamental understanding. Thus building from there to achieve a high level comprehension. The subjects that I have tutored in the past are chemistry and math; in these subjects I tend to find that students struggle with the core foundations, so when classes start to add on more complex theories or work, they get flustered. I want to ensure that the students are comfortable enough with the fundamentals, so they can apply these topics in more rigorous classes and succeed in the future. During the summer or the free time aside from school, I love to hang out with my friends and go on spontaneous adventures, watch/play sports, and find great tv shows to binge watch.

Undergraduate Degree: Carnegie Mellon University - Bachelor of Engineering, Chemical Engineering
My hobbies are I love to play basketball (I've been playing since 1st), watch my favorite sports teams which are the New York Yankees, New York Knicks, Pittsburgh Penguins, and finally the Las Vegas Raiders (It's a long story on how these became my favorite teams), and go on fun crazy adventures with the ones I love. Finally but not least, I love to learn, and that might sound cliche, but I find it satisfying when I understand new topics and are able to use them in the real world. I especially love to learn like trivia questions that can come up in everyday conversations.
