Hello potential students! I am a practicing civil engineer with a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My time there included being a teaching assistant (TA), where I helped engineering students grapple with complex math and physics problems. However, much of my teaching method revolves around developing a solid base for learning in order to build confidence and strategies for tackling even the most difficult problems. In my experience, once these subjects seem less intimidating, success and even enjoyment follow. I am able to tutor math from elementary level algebra and geometry to college level calculus, differential equations, and physics. If you are in need of a lesson, do not hesitate to reach out and I will be glad to answer any questions.
