Jessica: Milton tutor
Certified Tutor
I am a diligent college student with a major in Psychology and a minor in Social Work and Spanish currently attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue 3 months of work experience within the field of mental health. I had the privilege of working for HearMe as a HearMe listener where I learned valuable professional skills such as collaboration, research, and the facilitation of clinical services. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as adaptable and driven by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills, which I hope to leverage into this position. I've worked for Future Educators of America and have been a tutor for many months. I teach a variety of subjects from Psychology to essay writing and much more. I love learning and education and believe it's important for everyone to be well-rounded in a variety of things to truly know what they like. In my spare time, I spend time with my friends, go on hikes, and play games.
