Certified Tutor

I am a senior at the University of Pennsylvania pursuing a double major in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and Gender Studies. Tutoring students has been an integral part of my college experience: for four years I have worked extensively with the West Philadelphia Tutoring Project, providing academic enrichment and mentorship to local students. My summers have also often been spent working with students: from developing curriculum for Girls Inc. to creating writing workshops in Australia for the Story Factory. Elementary/middle school math, and K-12 reading and writing are the subjects I feel most confident helping students with. I enjoy adopting flexible and creative approaches to tutoring in order to accommodate each student's distinct learning style. Outside of schoolwork, I am an a cappella singer, an avid podcast fan, and a yogi.
