Certified Tutor

I am a recent graduate of Georgetown University. I majored in Psychology with a double minor in Spanish and Creative Writing. I have been tutoring since my freshman year of high school; I have extensive experience working with elementary age students on reading comprehension, homework help, and vocabulary. I also have worked with middle schoolers, and tutored my peers through the National Honor Society at my high school. Most recently, I have been employed at DC Reads, an intensive tutoring service for elementary and middle school students. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Spanish, and essay writing. I have seen what excellent tutoring can do in these areas, and want to take on a holistic approach to strengthening them. In my free time, I love to watch soccer, read mystery novels, and bake fun desserts!
