I believe that there is a spark of curiosity inside every person and that education is the key to transforming potential into success.

I attended Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated in 2013 with Bachelor of Arts. My majors are English and Studio Art and I have a minor in Art History. I also completed the CORE, Conservation Outdoor Recreation Education, Program during my last semester at IU. I have had experience as a Professional Outdoor Instructor where I taught middle school students natural sciences, outdoor survival skills, as well as team building skills. I have assistant teaching and substitute teaching experience with preschooler to high school age students.

I have a passion for traveling and it was my privilege to volunteer teach English to students in Nepal in 2018. The excitement my students demonstrated for every new word they learned was both a humbling and exhilarating experience. It is my goal to share that excitement with every new student I meet.
