In 2009, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Conservation Biology with Magna Cum Laude Honors, maintaining Dean's List status between Spring 2005 to Fall 2008. During my undergraduate training, I focused on biomedical and ecological sciences, completing courses in Anatomy & Physiology, Histology, Ecology, & Wildlife Management. In 2008, I published a peer-reviewed research article in the Triple Helix titled The Economic & Biological Facets of Mammalian Predator Control (Vol. 4 No. 2, pg. 19-21). This publication gave me the opportunity to learn how to work with colleagues, research high-quality content, and apply strong scientic principles towards a peer-reviewed periodical.

In 2016, I completed my USMLE Step II exam with a score of 227 and subsequently graduated from Ross University School of Medicine, receiving my MD and ECFMG certication. My clinical training focused heavily on Psychiatry, Neurology, and Infectious Disease. During my 3rd and 4th years, I was responsible for delivering biweekly lectures on advanced clinical medicine. Lectures covered concepts in microbiology, anatomy and physiology, cardiology, neurology, and psychiatry. In addition to topical lectures, I was responsible for delivering case presentations on specic patients in clinic which involved work-up, diagnosis, pathology, and treatment of various conditions. Throughout this period, I developed a strong passion for education and medical research.

In 2017, I worked on a research project with the psychiatry department at Maricopa Medical Center (MIHS) in Phoenix. As an Adjunct Research Associate, I was involved in collecting and analyzing clinical data and contributing to the authoring, peer-review, and publication process. Currently, I have my rst research article on Hypovitaminosis D and Depression in the pipeline for publication.

In August 2017, I discontinued my work with MIHS to pursue entrepreneurship, playing a pivotal role in the launch of a craft distilled spirits brand. I have been on this project for over 1 year now and have found the work extremely fullling. Currently, I am eager to give back to the academic community by ways of tutoring AP high-school and college students the fundamentals of biomedical sciences. I look forward to working with you!
