Facilitating content to all learners provides them with a pathway to accomplish goals and attain additional content knowledge, certifications, or degrees while maintaining a work-life balance. Answering the "why" to their content-related questions assists them with blending their life experience with educational endeavors. Learners are diverse, have a wealth of life experience, and enjoy the collaboration with instructors as they work towards their goals. I task myself with understanding my learners' preferences and delivering content to accommodate multiple modalities of learning. I also strongly believe that educators must be involved, approachable, and genuinely interested in their learners and create an engaging virtual or on-site learning experience. I love what I do!
