Certified Tutor

I attended the University of Virginia where I earned my Bachelor's in Spanish and my Master's in Foreign Language Education with a concentration in Spanish. While at UVA, I studied abroad in Spain to fully immerse in the culture and to enhance my communication skills. Since graduation, I have taught Spanish for nine years, with students ranging from elementary-aged to adults. While I am most passionate about Spanish, I can also help with skills such as test preparation, studying, and organization; each of these skills will contribute to the overall success of being a student. Tutoring allows me to continuously teach and learn even when I am not in the classroom. This experience deepens my passion to help others to learn, to grow, and to achieve their goals. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading. I look forward to a challenging yet successful and productive tutor experience with you!
