At university I worked in the center for academic excellence tutoring peers in group and private settings, and found the fulfillment I got to be just like teaching my little brother bass guitar when we were kids, or working in my guitar teacher's shop in high school. I graduated from Hofstra in 2022 with B.A.'s in Criminology and Spanish, and minors in Linguistics and Creative Writing, and was nominated for group tutor of the year award for my work as a tutor there.
