Certified Tutor

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Film & Digital Media Studies from Dartmouth College. I've worked in education since high school tutoring my fellow students and volunteering at a Pediatrics Elementary School for students with special needs. In college, I tutored at-risk students in low-income communities in English, Reading Fundamentals, and Algebra. During my summers in College, I worked for Dartmouth College's Debate Institute (DDI) teaching Policy Debate, Forensics, Research, and Public Speaking to high school students. My variety of work has given me the experience of helping with children, veterans, physically disabled individuals, LGBTQ communities, groups from low- socioeconomic backgrounds, autistic students, and immigrants. I teach a variety of subjects and I find that I am most passionate about the learning process more so than any one subject. Helping bridge gaps in knowledge and creatively solving problems is the best part! I currently work part-time at the University of Michigan and in my spare time I like to practice photography and go on adventures with my little brother and sister.
