I am a GIA Graduate Gemologist with a degree in Computer Science. I work as an appraiser both independently as well as provide appraisal/risk mitigation/gemological services to insurance companies. I have 3 teenagers and have had unwavering attention to their academic success. I have also been active in their school as a volunteer and TA. I have seen children struggle, therefore, my passion is to work with children that simply fight to try to grasp the concepts that come so easily to others. One important philosophy that I live by and have taught my children is, "Always speak 'with' someone and never 'to' them". We were made in one image!
