I believe that every student can learn when they have a teacher willing to meet them where they are. I strive to develop a personal connection with my students, and to use examples from their lives to draw meaningful connections to subject material.

I have previous teaching and tutoring experience in a bilingual after-school program, where I worked while pursuing my undergraduate degree from Temple University. During my post-graduate studies at Drexel University, I worked as a teaching assistant for a number of professors in the Political Science and Communications departments.

In my free time, I like to explore Philadelphia's art and culinary scenes, and enjoy going to galleries and new restaurants with friends.
