Learning should be about making connections, not memorization. I help students to link new material with basic concepts and relevant themes. This keeps students engaged and motivated to keep learning.

I am currently earning a doctorate in Psychology on a Cognitive Neuroscience track. As part of my degree, I have been a teaching assistant for undergraduate Psychology classes such as Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. My research also requires extensive computer programming in languages such as Matlab and R.

In addition to my Cognitive Neuroscience research, I enjoy playing the piano, which I started learning at age four.

Together, these experiences have made me well-qualified and excited to tutor students in Psychology, Neuroscience, Matlab, and piano.
