Certified Tutor

My name is Themis, I'm a College graduate with a degree in mathematics. Throughout my college years I've tutored and helped TA certain courses. My main motivation for this was that it was just very enjoyable for me. It is incredibly exciting to see the progress people make when they're given a little extra push.
I think the worst quality of learning happens when there is a lack of motivation or enjoyment. That is why I try to make every tutoring session an enjoyable one where people can be motivated and want to learn, rather than dread the time spent. I believe that everyone can benefit from a little extra attention in their studies. Each person has unique strengths and weaknesses and together we can improve on mastering those strengths and eliminating those faults!
